In the immediate aftermath of a natural disaster there is so much aid. It is around that 6 month mark where the new cycle forgets about those whose lives were decimated. That’s when we showed up to create around the ongoing needs of destroyed libraries, women’s literacy programs and postpartum education and outreach of first time mothers.
